Port City - Webb Dock Melbourne

This project explores the connection and disconnection between a major but soon to be decomissioned freight terminal, Webb dock and the Melbourne CBD. Current development of the facility has deined its potential of contributing towards the surrounding mixture of factories, warehouses and offices that blends into wasteland parks and eventually meets the garden residential. It reactivates the current disused Webb dock railwas as a tourist focused tram route which provide a linear spine to the insertion of new programs into the underutilised existing fabric.
